This is a new model from Tom Ploppert, the F1, this knife is the Prototype, and it is 80% the size of the full size F1! This slip joint knife features a hand rubbed satin finished blade of CPM 154 steel, ss liners and integral bolsters also satin finished, the Federal shield is satin finished and the pins are spun. The most attractive feature of this knife, even beyond it being a Prototype, are the fantastic Stag scales perfectly matched side to side. An incredible knife new direct from the maker at the 2022 Blade TX show and it has been a safe queen within my collection since that time.
