If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any knife purchased from Knifeology within three (3) days of receipt for a full refund less shipping and fees (Pay Pal/bank wire/etc..) if any. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as when it was sold. After the three day inspection period no items will be accepted for return. Please call for a Return Authorization before returning a knife.

Return of merchandise in original sold condition is the purchaser’s responsibility. For your protection, we recommend that you use either USPS Express or Federal Express shipping with tracking, insurance and signature required.

International: We are unable to provide refunds in the event that the package that you have ordered was seized by customs or other agencies. Consult your local laws before ordering if you are in doubt.

Returned merchandise that is no longer in original sold condition [damaged] will not be accepted. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all items returned without either contacting us by phone or e-mail during the three (3) day inspection period.

We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.

Knifeology will not be responsible for any claims made after 24 hours. For insurance purposes, in the instance where damage has occurred during delivery, please retain the entire package and its’ contents as well as the original packing materials for future inspection by the carrier.

Knifeology makes no representations or warranties of any kind. Most knife makers guarantee their work to be free from mechanical defects as long as they remain able to make knives. This does not include natural handle materials such as stag, bone, wood, pearl and ivory, which may shrink, crack or discolor with changes in temperature, humidity or age. Please consult us before you purchase if you live in an area with extremely low humidity.

It is the responsibility of the buyer, to know, understand and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased from Knifeology. By placing an order, the buyer represents that they (he or she) are of legal age, and that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner. Knifeology assumes no responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the sale, trade, use or handling of any product purchased from us.

If you see something you have to have it is advisable to place a firm order, especially for newly listed knives. The order is considered firm and complete once we have agreed to all arrangements including shipping and payment. We reserve the right to move on to the next interested party if we do not hear back from you in a reasonable period of time.
