This is a very fine Gent's Trapper from Toby Hill d/b/a Hill Knives.  Toby, one of the "Slipjoint Cartel", built this wonderful Sunday Carry (fancy) slipjoint featuring a blade of CPM154 steel with a hand rubbed satin finish, pull is approx. 4 1/2 on a 10 pt. scale and it is pinchable, there is fine filework on the top rear of the blade extending all along the back spacer, the bolsters, front and rear, have a polished finish with decorative threading along the edge, the scales are Mother of Pearl* and there is an oval shield.  This is brand new direct from the maker.

* This is the thinest knife Toby has ever made, won him a bet against another knife maker! Please open by pinching (use thumb and index finger to life the blade) as using the nail nick and applying too much lateral pressure may move the blade laterally and cause a scratch.
