This is a Brenta model from Italian MasterSmith Stefano Compostella. This lock-back features an Odin Eye pattern Damasteel blade with high polish and a deep etched finish with a 60HRC (Rockwell Hardness), the handles are Timascus, all hardware is stainless steel. This piece is new direct from the maker at the NYCKS.  Stefano is new to exhibiting in the U.S., but based on the quality of his work and very reasonable prices I believe he will be gaining much attention, a maker to watch out for!

Case/sheath: This comes with both a leather sheath and a hard sided zippered case as well as a C.O.A. (Certificate of Authenticity)

    Stefano Compostella is an Italian artisan and Maestro knifemaker based in Crema, Italy. He holds the title of “Maestro” in the Italian Knifemakers Guild. You can find some of his work on IG @ stefanocompostella

    His family’s knife business dates to 1895. Compostella’s work is all handcrafted. His workshop is limited to tools like a belt grinder, disc grinder, buffer, and drill press, with all blades hand-finished. Each blade and handle is crafted by hand, reflecting a personal touch in every detail.
