Josh Fisher - Bowie (Stag)
This is a Stag handled Bowie Knife from ABS (American Bladesmith Society) Master Smith Josh Fisher. This stunning work of art features a Laddered W Pattern Damascus blade of 15n20 and 1080 steels with a high contrast etch and is comprised of approximately 500 layers, the Damascus fittings (guard & end cap) are a Twist Pattern Damascus, the handle is beautifully figured Stag. This knife is accompanied by a custom sheath from Bob's Saddle Shop (which carried more premier horsemen to World, Futurity and Derby Championships than any other custom saddle maker). This knife is brand new from Josh and, FYI, Josh just won the Best Bowie Award at the 2023 Blade Show!
