Joe Kious - PeterPan

This is the "Peter Pan" Art Knife. The Dagger is a Double Pocket Locket built by Joe Kious and highlighted with a file worked spine and a gold file worked lock. The Peter Pan themed engraving is by Ron Skaggs. One side features Peter along with Wendy Darling and her brothers, the other Captain Hook and his nemesis, Tick-Tock the Crocodile. Tinker Bells appears in raised relief on both sides of the blade. The hidden pocket on one side of the knife hides the Lost Boys and the other hidden pocket holds the Clock swallowed by the Crocodile. Ron Skaggs’s Raised Relief Engraving, for which he is renowned, blankets this work of art. It contains profuse amounts of Gold, Copper and Silver and shows the beginnings of a rich patina. A truly beautiful and unique Art Knife that was created for me and has been in my collection for some time. As tastes and desires change, I am now making this masterpiece available.
