  • About Joe Kious

Joe Kious is recognized as one of the most renowned of custom knife makers.   He passed away in 2014 and is sorely missed within the custom knife world.  His knives reside in many of the great collections in the world. Joe produced an outstanding array of models to suit any taste, he was especially well known for the creation of the Pocket Locket, a sliding panel in the scale of the knife providing an extra surface to display different materials and most often engraving.  Joe used the best materials available and often accented his creations with gold and file work. Joe's pieces are often utilized as a canvas upon which the greatest knife engravers of out time execute their work.
