Dr. Fred Carter is one of the finest makers of Art Daggers and Art folders in the world. He is one of the 25 members of the elite Art Knife Invitational group of knife makers. His fit, finish and engraving are exceptional. He attends only one show, the Art Knife Invitational, every two years and he does not accept orders.
