This is a Dog Bone Bowie by Michael Quesenberry. It features amazingly beautiful Walrus Ivory handles, a frame, escutcheon plate and blade all made from some astonishingly beautiful Twisted Explosion pattern Damascus, the liners are decorated Nickel Silver Coin, it is a full takedown knife and the domed pins are Sterling Silver. A bit about Michael, he has been a knife maker since 2005, in May of 2009 he received his ABS (American Blade Smith) Journeyman Stamp and, in May of 2014 he earned his Mastersmith Stamp. This Bowie knife was one of the knives he submitted in order to earn that MS stamp so you know it is the best of his work! Micheal's knives are all one-of-a-kind pieces and he does everything in-house.
