This is a Front Flipping liner locking Apache model from Enrique Pena. This knife features a hand rubbed satin finished blade of CPM154 steel with jimping on the top rear of the blade for improved purchase when open and to facilitate the front flipping action, the scales are Greg Hanson Micarta with a very cool Black with Blue steaks pattern (only one I've seen like this) over a Blue liner which is also used to separate the bolster and scales all over the Titanium frame, there is a Federal shield inlay also with a satin finish, the bolsters are Black Micarta, the back space is Blue matching the liners and the accents in the scales. This knife works great for EDC (Everyday Carry) use and presents amazing well with the combination of materials, it is new from the maker.
