Brian Hoese - Eureka Jack / Alice Carter - Engraver
This is the 15th slip joint that Brian Hoese has produced and his workmanship is very impressive considering. I met Brian at the recent ICCE Show in Kansas City and was asked by Bill Ruple to take a look at his work. This guy is going places in the custom knife world! This piece features blades of CPM154 steel with mirror polished finishes, the main blade has a cool swedge and a long pull, the scales are a beautiful blue mammoth with a very good polished finish and a Keyhole Sheild, the 416 stainless bolsters are complimented by the engraving of Alice Carter. This is a really nice piece at an exceptional price considering the quality fit and finish. Now would be the time to acquire a piece from this "young gun" knifemaker as I am certain we will see the value of his pieces increase. This is new from the maker.
