J W Smith - RG1 Folders

Status - Both Sold

These are a pair of John Smith's RG-1 model knives, one large and one small. These particular knives feature a CPM-154CM hand polished blade, ceramic blasted 6AL-4V Titanium bolsters, frame and clip, and polished 50 year old brown canvas Micarta and bead blasted spacer of the same material. You can't find this type of Micarta anymore but John has a stash of it! This stuff is kind of like fossil Walrus Ivory, every piece differs in color. John Smith is recognized as one of the best knifemakers in the business. He produces stunning Art Knives and incredibly well put together tactical knives. John is a member of the prestigious AKI (Art Knife Invitational), his knives are sole authorship from the Damascus to the engraving to the spectacular pearl inlay and carving.
