Salvatore Puddu Custom Knife. This is a Salvatore Puddu auto with a lock back feature for unlocking the blade, to fire the blade the small oval is depressed. Additional features of this knife are presentation grade, honey colored, fossilized walrus Ivory inlays, gold file worked screws, ATS-34 mirror polished blade, 416 stainless high polished frame and bail and the masterful engraving of Valerio Peli of the famous Creative Arts group of Italy. The many talented Italian knife makers of the Italian Cutlers Guild (C.I.C. Corporazione Italiana Coltellinai) are beginning to gain recognition and acclaim in the "New World" for their fresh and appealing designs. Salvatore, Vice President of the C.I.C., is a full time maker specializing in creative art folders. His fit and finish is flawless. There is a long wait list to obtain one of Salvatore's knives and I can only imagine it getting longer as his recognition increases.
