This is a Tom Mayo Dr.Death Custom Knife, his most iconic model. This custom knife features a 154CPM satin finish Tanto style flipper blade with IKBS, bead blasted Titanium frame, stand-offs and pocket-clip, ambidextrous thumb-studs and a really great hole pattern plus a lanyard hole resulting in 2 additional holes. The frame is Titanium. This one's a beauty!
