R J Martin - Q 36

This is R J Martin's "hot" Q-36 model. R J recently produced his first batch of knives using Damascus blades and also his first use of Timascus. This knife is one of the first that uses both Damascus [blade] and Timascus [bolster]. This knife came from the 2008 NYCKS. The Damascus is Devin Thomas SS Raindrop pattern with a Rc 59, frame and pocket-clip are Titanium, bolster is Timascus, the scales are Black Carbon Fiber, the back-spacer is G10 with decorative groves and, of coarse, the flipper uses R J's incredible roller thrust bearing system. This knife also has R J’s new micro-groove treatment on the bolsters and handles
