Emile Drouhin is an old school French knife maker. He is best known for his elegant Tortoise shell knives, especially small unusually shaped multi-blade knives. His knife making legacy is not being passed on to a next generation and, being that he is in his 80's, there are not going to be many more of these gems becoming available. His six-blade knives are his most sought after design. These beautiful handmade Tortoise shell knife usually contain a main blade, scissors, tweezers, nail file and assorted manicure blade/tools. The handles are made of genuine tortoise shell and the knife comes with its CITES certificate verifying it is legal tortoise shell. The knife also features a small 4 3/4" silver safety chain. Blades are ATS34, fittings are 416SS

Round knife: blade lengths all run approx. 1" give or take 1/4"....... closed the round knife has a 1 1/2" diameter........ comes with a simple cloth pouch

Elongated hexagon knife: blade lengths run approx. 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" give or take ....... closed the knife is 2" long and 11/16" wide ..... comes with a simple leather pouch
